The Galery to be arranged as a conference room on demand, the “White Hall”(Fehér terem), banqueting rooms and “Európa” conference hall provide facilities to arrange meetings, demonstrations, conferences and other events (balls, company happenings!) Along with the conference rooms and other indoor facilities the hotel can host events with 500 to 600 participants.. “Európa” conference hall is accesible from the Galéria hall, in case the two halls may function as one large conference hall.Between the lecture hall and connecting rooms contact cann be established via video projector. This provides the opportunity to organize and arrange international conferences with large number of participants, that in case would assist the realization of the image "Sopron as a conference town".
The air-conditioned conference hall hosting 320 persons with daylight has at present the latest conference techniques.
Technical equipment: acoustics, projection and interpreter cabines are coordinated by a central Creston-controlling unit. Both mobile projectors and overheadprojectors can be applied, TV sets and videos are available to customers.
