By the creating our Hotel’s chocolate, we wanted to give you something special, which is delicious and also typical of Sopron. The Pannonia Fantasia also contains the  wine of our Hotel, the Pannonia Cuvée, which is - in specialists opinion – perfectly harmonizing with the chocolate.

The chocolate consists of two components:
- 60 % milk chocolate from Ghana.
- 40 % bitter chocolate from Venezuela with a fruity and spicy flavour.

We wanted to make this dessert really individual. So we asked the wine-growers for help, to find the perfect harmony between wine and chocolate.
You can choose a bar of chocolate with nut or a package Praline without nut.
