At our hotel, we work to give you the best experience possible. Below we will try to inform you about the services and facilities available at the hotel.

 

Accessibility  – The common room of the hotel is wheelchair accessible. The hotel has one wheelchair accessible rooms.

Air-conditioning - Both the rooms and the public areas of our hotel are air-conditioned.

Allergen-free products - Please indicate in advance, at the reception or in the restaurant, if you have special food needs or food allergies. Gluten- and lactose-free products are welcome, but please note that we cannot prepare for severe food intolerances.

ATM - The hotel doesn’t have any cash machine. Next to the hotel there are more banks with ATM.

Baby friendly tools and services - We can provide the following tools and services depending on availability: high-chair at the restaurant, baby cot & mattress, baby tub, Kettle. For heating possibility please contact the reception. Tel: 0

Bed linen – We change the bed linen every third day. On request, we change the bed linen in your room every day. Please, help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly way, and only ask for the changing of your bed linen if it is necessary. You can make your request at the reception. Tel: 0

Bicycle, e-bikes, e-scooter - The bicycle rental service is available for an extra charge. Please contact the reception. Tel: 0

Billiards - Located on the ground floor in the hotel lobby, it can be used from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Billiards can be borrowed at reception for an additional fee. Please contact reception. Tel: 0

Blanket - If you have a special request, you need extra blankets, please call the reception.  Tel: 0

Breakfast - Breakfast is available at the hotel from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Its form is a buffet or a'la carte breakfast according to the number of guests. If you did not reserved breakfast in advance at the time of booking, please contact the reception. Special requests can be submitted at reception at any time. Tel: 0

Chargers - Chargers and adapters for various electrical devices can be requested at reception. Tel: 0.

Coffee machine - Extra charge applicable, depending on our free capacity, we provide a Nespresso coffee machine together with preparation.  Please contact reception. Tel: 0

Check-in - You can check-in from 15.00. In case of early arrival, luggage can be stored in the luggage room of the hotel. Room cannot be guaranteed different from the dates given, if the daily availability allows it, we will be happy to provide it at an additional cost. The luggage of our guests is placed free of charge in our luggage room on the day of arrival or departure. Tel: 0

Check-out - The hotel room is at your disposal until 10.00 on the day of departure. Cleaning - Cleaning is done every day between 8.00 and 16.00. If you place the ‘Don’t disturb’ sign on the outer door handle, our colleagues will not disturb you. If you have any special request, please contact the chambermaids or the reception. Tel: 0

Clothing - We kindly ask our guests to visit the restaurant in appropriate clothes, so please refrain from wearing tracksuits, shorts or bathrobes.

Complaints, remarks - If you have any complaint or remark, please inform the reception or the head of the related department about it. Tel:0

Electric car & bike charger - The hotel offers three electric car chargers for electric and hybrid cars. Two TESLA chargers and a Type-II charger. In case of garage reservation, the TESLA chargers can be used free of charge by our hotel guests. We provide charging for other electric car or electric bicycle for an extra charge. Electric current - 220V/50Hz alternating voltage (AC) is available everywhere in the building. Adapters for other voltages can be requested at the reception. Tel: 0

Entrance - Use the bell at the entrance door in case of any problems occurring late at night.

Fire and emergency - The description of the escape route is located on the inner side of the hotel room door. Please, do not use the elevator in case of fire and emergency.

Foreign exchange service - There is no foreign exchange service at the hotel. The hotel bill can be paid in EUR as well.

Gift Voucher - Gift Vouchers are available on request. For more information, please contact the reception.

Gym - Our two-room fitness department is located at the back of the hotel on the mezzantine floor. It has its own dressing room. Its opening hours are 0-24 hours, the room can be opened with the room card. Premium branded TechnoGym machines, Kettlebell, TRX are available. Group trainings and individual personal trainings are available. Please contact reception. Tel: 0

Hair dryer - It can be found in the bathroom of every hotel room, on request is available also at the reception. Tel: 0

Heating/air-conditioning - It can be controlled with a thermostat located on the wall of the room. During the heating period it can only be used for heating, in summer it can only be used for cooling. The temperature you want to set can be adjusted individually in the “eltolás” put-away menu item. Internet - Our hotel uses one of the most advanced systems in the world (Unifi) and uses the fastest internet combination available in Sopron (leased line and optical cable) to ensure that guests have the fastest Internet available. WiFi password: pannonia

Key card - The door of your hotel room can be opened by the key card you are given at the reception upon arrival. The door of the fitness room works also with the room key. The key card is valid until 10 o’clock on the day of departure. The card also functions as an information carrier, so, if you lose it, contact the reception immediately. Please drop off at reception upon departure. Tel: 0

Laundry services – You can leave the prepared clothes in the laundry bag at the reception by 9 am. It can be picked up on weekdays, no later than 12:00 on the 1st weekday after delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for washing! If you need extra services, please contact the reception. You can find a laundry bag and the laundry request form in the wardrobe. Tel: 0

Lifts - Lifts operates in our hotel. Please do not use the lift in case of emergency or fire-alarm.

Luggage service - If you need help with carrying your luggage, please contact the reception.

Luggage storage, luggage room - The luggage of our guests can be stored free of charge in our luggage room until check-in/departure.

Maintenance - Our hotel continuously maintains its machines and equipment. If you encounter a damaged, malfunctioning device of equipment, or one that needs repairing, please contact the reception. Tel: 0

Map - Maps of Sopron and Fertő-Lake are available at the reception.

Messages, mail - Messages received and to be forwarded are managed by the reception. Tel: 0

Minibar - There is no minibar in the hotel rooms, bar & room service is available 0-24 hours. Tel: 0

Museums and Galleries - In the surrounding area of Sopron several museums await their visitors. For more information, please contact the reception. Tel: 0

Payment methods - At our hotel, you can pay in cash (HUF, EUR), by credit or debit cards (VISA, AMEX, Cirrus/Maestro, Eurocard/Mastercard), by ‘Széchenyi Pihenő’ card or by using gift vouchers issued by the hotel. Our hotel has an OTP credit card terminal, which is also suitable for paying with Apple Pay.

Parking - During check-in and check-out it is possible to park for a fee in front of the main entrance of the hotel (short-term parking zone). After that we recommend our camera-controlled underground garage at the back side of the building for an extra fee. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, the reservation of the parking space cannot be cancelled in the same way as the reservation of the room, and the cost of the parking space must be paid even if you do not use the chosen parking space later.

Pets - The hotel receives pets in limited number for a fee and with the compliance of the Hotel Rules and Regulations. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Phone - You can make external and internal calls from the device in the hotel room. To make an external call, please press 9 first and then dial the number. You can reach the reception by pressing the 0 button, you can call another room by dialing the room number.

Photocopying, printing – Photocopying, printing is available at the reception.

Pillow - Please contact the reception if you would like an extra pillow or pillows filled with different charge (pen, flakes, polyester, memory foam). Tel: 0

Private rooms - There is also a conference and private rooms available at the hotel. Ask about its availability and capacity at the reception. Tel: 0

Radio - Radio channels can be received through the TV set. Please check the tv channels list.

Restaurant - Breakfast is provided in the restaurant of our hotel from 7 to 10 o'clock. Our snack offer is available 0-24 hours a day in our bar. The most popular restaurants in Sopron are just a few steps from our hotel. For more information, please contact reception. Tel: 0

Rooms - The uniqueness of our hotel is due to its uniqueness. Between the different rooms, different styles represent the hotel's special features.

Room rate - Hotel uses dynamically changing daily rates. Our current prices are available on our www.pannoniahotel.com website. The price of the room includes VAT. Each service must be booked separately. The price does not include the tourist tax.

Safe – Central safe is in the front desk, but the safe can be found in the wardrobe in hotel rooms. The direction for use is placed on the safe. If you have any problem, please call the reception. Tel: 0

Security system - Video surveillance and recording system operates at certain points of our hotel. Detailed rules for this can be found in the privacy policy.

Sewing kit - We provide a sewing kit in the room, and on request at the reception. Please contact the reception. Tel: 0

Sickness - In case of health problems, you can ask for medical help at the reception. Clinical thermometer and plasters can also be requested at the reception. Tel:0

Shoe cleaning - Shoe cleaning machines are located on the ground floor next to the elevator.

Shoe polishing equipment - We provide shoe polishing equipment in the room and on demand in the reception. Please, contact the reception. Tel: 0

Smoking - In accordance with the legal requirements, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. Violation of the policy will result in a 400 € fine. If the fire alarm is switched on by smoking, the fire service's exit fee will be charged to the responsible.

Table tennis - Located in the fitness room on the hotel's mezzanin floor, it can be used 0-24 hours a day. Clubs and balls can be borrowed at reception for an additional fee. Please contact reception. Tel: 0

Taxi, transfer - You can order a taxi, transfer at the reception at any time of the day. Tel: 0

Toilet - There is a women's and men's toilets for our hotel guests can be found in the back of the hotel, on the mezzanine floor.

Toiletries - We provide toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, body lotion or mini razor if necessary. Please contact the reception. Tel: 0

Towel - Room towels are changed every third day. It is possible to change towels daily if it is clearly indicated by throwing the towel onto the ground after use. Please, help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly way, and only ask for the changing of your towels if it is necessary.
